Businesses and residents contribute to the programs of Jamaica Plain
Centre/South (JPCS) Main Streets for many reasons, including a desire
to enhance the area’s overall business environment and quality
of life, an interest in historic preservation, and a commitment to
strengthening our community. For our donors, members, and volunteers,
JPCS is a fun way to invest in the Centre/South area.
Resident Support
As a private, non-profit organization, your donation to JPCS is
fully tax deductible. Residents can also support our efforts
by becoming a JPCS member. A tax-deductible membership includes
a Boston Main Streets member card entitling the bearer to discounts
at hundreds of participating Main Streets businesses across the

Local contributions are essential in obtaining matching grants
from the City of Boston and other sources. JCPC relies on the generosity
of residents, local merchants, and other businesses to maintain
its wide array of offerings.
